Why we started
Golden Coat started because too many paint jobs were not jobs at all. A contractor would name a day and not show. The prep was skipped. The lines were crooked, and the mess was left for the homeowner. We started the company to put professional American quality and service back into the work: show up when we say we will, do the prep, and leave the place better than we found it. The aim is simple. Homes across America should be able to hire a painter and trust the result.
Brand storytelling
Old service company look, with professional workmanship in mind. The Golden Coat brand is inspired by the old namesake for a fresh coat of paint. The navy, gold, and cream point back to American service companies of the 1950s, the same ones that showed up in a uniform and left the place cleaner than they found it. We pride ourselves on our work, and our work speaks for itself.
